This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative team and shape a growing service in a community-focused environment. Practice Highlights Comprehensive Scope: Inpatient and outpatient care, ED consultations, and community outreach. Collaborative Scheduling: Rotating clinic and on-call schedules developed with the Service Lead. Program Development: Involvement in shaping services, including community clinics and inpatient care. [email protected] Requirements Qualifications Licensed (or eligible for) with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) CMPA Coverage Entitled to work in Canada Pediatric certification (FRCPC or equivalent) Experience working with Indigenous communities is an asset Benefits Compensation & Benefits Annual Salary: $342,456.45 per 1.0 FTE Shadow Billing: Additional 51.2% Critical Mass Stipend: $42,625 shared among the pediatric team On-Call Compensation: $511.68/day Overhead: 4% fee covers office, supplies, clinic support, and billing services Work Schedule: 44 weeks/year with 6 weeks vacation and 2 weeks CME FTE: Based on 45 hours/week;
