Family Physician Locum Opportunity Brantford Ontario A local family physician in Brantford, Ontario is looking for a locum for locum coverage for 1 day week. They are part of a Avenue Medical Centre, located in Brantford with close proximity to the Brantford General Hospital. The clinic has pharmacy, radiology, audiology and lab on site as well as obstetrics and general surgeons practice. Physicians are part of the Brantford FHO (9 physicians). This is an established practice group of 8 physicians sharing existing resources,the clinic uses EMR system Accuro. Main work address: 221 Brant Ave, ON Canada Skill/training requirements: Medical Degree, Residency in Family Medicine, Certification from the College of Family Physicians of Canada and independent licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) Language of work: English Wage: Practice is blended capitation model with payment provided via fee-for-service billing to the Ontario health Insurance Plan (OHIP), and payments based on the number of rostered patients with fee-for-service payments for other services.
