Practice Overview
- Established practice with approximately 850 rostered patients
- Patients range from newborns to 100 years old, with an average age of 40
- Option to locum before taking over the practice

Clinic Environment & Support
- Physician-led clinic with four supportive colleagues
- Shared overhead of approximately 20–25%, depending on income
- Excellent Medical Office Assistant (MOA) and Registered Nurse (RN) support, including injections, telephone calls, equipment preparation, school and LTC forms, ear syringing, and suture removal
- Lease includes a private office and two examination rooms
- FHO requirement of approximately two 3-hour after-hours walk-in shifts per month
