CDK Family Medicine and Walk-in Clinic Physicians who are interested in forming a permanent practice of rostered patients and working regular hours can join our group in either FHG or FHO model, according to their preference. We are also seeking a walk-in doctor who can work with us at least 2-3 shifts per week and 1 weekend per month, in rotation with the other doctors. We have availability for a part-time walk-in physician only at this time. We are equipped with Telus EMR PS Suite (Practice Solutions). Our staff is well organized including RPNs and experienced medical receptionists dedicated to medical registration, phones, and referrals.
