Positions: One full time or two part time positions Start date is flexible, our preference is to start with a locum schedule, our per diem is $1000 plus shadow billing. Position open to Canadian applicants only, at this time Maple Family Health Team (https://maplefht.ca/) - We have several sites; this posting is for: Rideau Family Medical Centre, 235 Gore Road, Kingston, Ontario K7L 0C3 Rideau Family Medical Centre is a small clinic with two large practices in Kingston East. The collaborative team includes a nurse practitioner, two registered nurses, two medical secretaries, and one office manager. There is ample access to Maple FHT’s After Hours Clinic and other providers, including mental health counselors, dietitians, diabetes educators, a respiratory educator, and a community service worker. The Maple Family Health Team is well established, well funded, and the largest FHT in the area. It has been a great place to work, we see this as an excellent opportunity for physicians interested in family practice in the Kingston area. Payment Model: Family Health Organization EMR: PS Suites New family physicians in Kingston can access a financial incentive of up to $100,000. To be eligible, physicians can either establish a new practice within the City of Kingston or take over an existing roster of patients from a departing or retiring physician.
