The current physician is willing to mentor those who have not fully completed their studies and have an interest in eventually taking over the roster. Completion of residency in Family Medicine. Licensure: Active and unrestricted license to practice medicine in Ontario (registered with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario). Certification: Certification in Family Medicine by the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) is preferred. Experience: Relevant clinical experience in primary care settings.
