Join an expanding FHO in Kitchener-Waterloo

Looking for two family physicians to join an expanding FHO in Kitchener clinic (Bleams Road & Strasburg area). Ability to bring or build your own roster. Clinic currently has one physician practicing out of the clinic (FHO group of 12 physicians). Clinic offers 6 exams rooms with 3 physician offices. Support staff includes a part-time nurse (with availability to go full-time), 2 receptionists with day-to-day clinic operations overseen by a clinic manager. The clinic uses Telus Practice Solutions EMR. After-hours clinic requirements are approximately 1-2 days weeknight coverage per month, and 1 in 12 weekends. The group provides cross-coverage for each other for up to 6 weeks of vacation throughout the year. Open to a split a cost sharing agreement or a fixed rental fee.
