FHO Opportunity: Two Physicians Retiring

Take over for a retiring physician. Two physicians looking to transition out of practice. * This clinic includes 3 physicians and is a part of an expanding FHO group of 16 * ability to add a 4th physician with 9 exam rooms in the clinic * Support staff includes an RPN and reception staff * Rosters are approx. 1450 & 1950 patients that includes a cross-section of ages and stages. * Full comprehensive primary care scope of work * Finding the right fit for the clinic is a priority * On-call and after-hours coverage is arranged through the full FHO group of 16 * Located in a medical building within a neighbourhood plaza in Kitchener with pharmacy and free parking. * This is currently a paper practice. Ability to choose EMR of your preference.
