Locum needed for two weeks in August, FHO\FHT Cambridge, Ontario

Locum coverage needed in August - preferably weeks of August 17 and 24. 4 days per week in a very well managed FHO of 8 physicians in a larger FHT of 21 physicians co-located in a medical plaza. 1,200 patients, EMR PS. Cambridge is centrally located on Hwy. 401 and with 10 - 40 mins. of 4 Universities and Conestoga College. Cambridge & North Dumfries is a prosperous, economically diverse area in one of Canada's fastest growing and strongest economic regions. Cambridge sites on the convergence of the Grand and Speed Rivers and has an abundance of trails, parks, recreational and cultural activities.
