Family Physician Opportunities | CDK Family Medicine & Walk-In Clinic
CDK Family Medicine & Walk-In Clinic is seeking Family Physicians interested in establishing a permanent rostered practice in Kingston. Physicians can join the clinic under either the Family Health Group (FHG) or Family Health Organization (FHO) model, depending on their practice preferences.
The clinic is also recruiting a part-time Walk-In Physician to provide ambulatory care services. Availability is currently for physicians interested in working 2-3 shifts per week and one weekend per month, shared on a rotating basis with the existing physician team.
