Scheduling Average MD Encounters/Day: 34.7, Same/next day bookings ,Exam Rooms & Charting Space Support 1 dedicated RPN per site, 1 admin per site Inbox management options provided if working <1d/wk and while on vacation RPN Tasks The RPN has the ability to work to full scope within the MD’s outlined expectations. The primary responsibilities include: Administering vaccinations, Conducting triage assessments,taking initial histories, Reviewing inboxes for urgent results, Following up on results as instructed by the MD Peterborough - King Street: 2-3 exam rooms per physician Shared charting room Peterborough - George Street: 2-3 exam rooms per physician No separate charting room Telus PS Suite EMR Overhead FFS billings Billing agent supplied by PFHT PFHT provides all equipment/staff 10% overhead charge per month (based on billings) Equipment Supplied FHT Connect Clinic strives to accommodate MD requests for specific equipment while maintaining fiscal responsibility within a limited budget.
