Danielle Vernooy

As the City of Ottawa's Primary Care Ambassador, I support efforts to recruit and retain family physicians and nurse practitioners in our community. I work closely with clinics, health system partners, and educational institutions to connect clinicians with practice opportunities and help advance initiatives that strengthen access to primary care across Ottawa. Through my involvement with EOPRA, I also participate in regional recruitment activities and physician outreach efforts.
